Nature (1): an environment outside of the interiors of human dwellings, dedicated directly for animals to live in (nesting of swallow birds, redstarts, long-eared owls etc. in building is considered nesting in nature), therefore the observation of nesting e.g. of exotic birds in a cage or an aviary cannot be considered an action, even if the cage or aviary is outside a building.
